Course Summary
In a defensive gun fight that you did not initiate it is a real possibility that you start fighting after you or a loved one has already taken medical damage.
This course focuses on that very real possibility and teaches practical tactics and default techniques on how to stay in the fight and work through disability from trauma, to win the fight and safeguard you and your loved ones.
*Fighting while shot is one leg of a three part advanced gunfighter series
*Off grid trauma
*Entangled gun/knife fighting, attack indicators and verbal judo-
They do not need to be taken in any order, they overlap synergistically together. They program practical skills, building off of each other to optimize outcomes.
Prerequisites
Proficiency of basic firearm handling, safety, load unload, manage malfunctions is required.
Slow is ok. If you are determined to not have sufficient skills to be safe, your participation will be dry fire only. This is not negotiable. You will still learn a lot. Basic concepts of fighting entangled and trauma management will be introduced . Prior basic familiarity of these concepts will enhance your learning but are not required.
Required Equipment
-200 rounds is highly recommended. Given current ammo shortages less ammo can be accommodated in the class. 60 round minimum.
-2 magazine minimum, 3 preferred.
-A rigid holster worn between 9 to 3 on the dominant side. A rigid 1-2 magazine holster on non dominant side.
-A strong belt that’s tougher than you. The belt is a tool.
-Eye/Ear protection (Electronic hearing protection preferred)
Knees elbows and gloves optional
Left sided knife optional
